sec.58 Application and purpose of division
This division— applies to an application under section 267 of the Act to register, or renew the registration of, premises; and prescribes, for section 275 of the Act , matters for chapter 7 , part 4 of the Act relating to the application. s 58 sub 2024 SL No. 123 s 29
