sec.51F Development requiring social impact assessment— Act , s 106T
For section 106T (1) of the Act , the following development is development for which social impact assessment is required— a material change of use of premises for a solar farm that has a maximum instantaneous electricity output of 1MW or more; a material change of use of premises for a wind farm; a material change of use of premises for a battery storage facility that has a maximum instantaneous electricity output of 50MW or more. s 51F ins 2025 SL No. 80 s 12 amd 2025 SL No. 163 s 7
- (a) a material change of use of premises for a solar farm that has a maximum instantaneous electricity output of 1MW or more;
- (b) a material change of use of premises for a wind farm;
- (c) a material change of use of premises for a battery storage facility that has a maximum instantaneous electricity output of 50MW or more.
