sec.44 Development assessment rules— Act , ss 68 and 69
For sections 68 (6) and 69 (2) (b) of the Act , the development assessment rules are contained in the document called ‘Development assessment rules’, made and amended by the Minister and published on the department’s website on 18 July 2025.
