sec.40 When required fee may be waived— Act , s 109
This section applies to— a development application; or a change application; or an extension application; or the referral, under section 54 of the Act , of a development application or change application to a referral agency. For section 109 (b) of the Act , all or part of the required fee for the application or referral may be waived if the application or referral is made by a registered non-profit organisation. (sec.40-ssec.1) This section applies to— a development application; or a change application; or an extension application; or the referral, under section 54 of the Act , of a development application or change application to a referral agency. (sec.40-ssec.2) For section 109 (b) of the Act , all or part of the required fee for the application or referral may be waived if the application or referral is made by a registered non-profit organisation.
- (a) a development application; or
- (b) a change application; or
- (c) an extension application; or
- (d) the referral, under section 54 of the Act , of a development application or change application to a referral agency.
