sec.28 Code assessment for particular development applications
Section 26 (2) (a) does not apply to a development application for building work assessable against the building assessment provisions. For a development application for reconfiguring a lot to which schedule 12 applies— sections 26 and 27 do not apply; and the code assessment must be carried out only against the assessment benchmarks stated in schedule 10 , part 14 , division 2 for the development. (sec.28-ssec.1) Section 26 (2) (a) does not apply to a development application for building work assessable against the building assessment provisions.
