sec.18 Accepted development— Act , s 44
For section 44 (5) of the Act , development stated in schedule 7 is accepted development. This subsection and schedule 7 , section 14 expire on 16 December 2026. s 18 amd 2022 SL No. 195 s 4 ; 2025 SL No. 149 s 5 (2) exp 16 December 2026 (see s 18(2)) (sec.18-ssec.1) For section 44 (5) of the Act , development stated in schedule 7 is accepted development. (sec.18-ssec.2) This subsection and schedule 7 , section 14 expire on 16 December 2026.
