sec.12 Deciding superseded planning scheme request— Act , s 29
For section 29 (6) of the Act — a local government must decide whether or not to agree to a superseded planning scheme request within 30 business days after the request is received; and the period mentioned in paragraph (a) may be extended by the local government if the person making the request agrees, in writing, to the extension before the period ends.
