sch.7-sec.2 Building work by or for the State or a public sector entity

Building work, other than building work mentioned in section 1 , carried out by or for the State or a public sector entity, to the extent the building work complies with the relevant provisions for the building work. In this section— relevant provisions , for building work, see the Building Act , section 21 (5) . sch 7 s 2 amd 2021 SL No. 139 s 5 (1) ; 2022 SL No. 195 s 9 (1) (sch.7-sec.2-ssec.1) Building work, other than building work mentioned in section 1 , carried out by or for the State or a public sector entity, to the extent the building work complies with the relevant provisions for the building work.
