sch.6-sec.8 Operational work by or for public sector entity
Operational work or plumbing or drainage work (including maintenance and repair work), if the work— is carried out by or for a public sector entity authorised under a State law to carry out the work; and is not development stated in section 26 of this schedule.
- (a) is carried out by or for a public sector entity authorised under a State law to carry out the work; and
