sch.6-sec.3 Material change of use for particular cropping
A material change of use of premises for cropping that involves forestry for wood production, if— the premises are in a rural zone; and the material change of use complies with schedule 13 .
- (a) the premises are in a rural zone; and
- (b) the material change of use complies with schedule 13 .
