sch.22-sec.3B Additional document local government with LGIP must keep available for inspection and purchase
This section applies in relation to a local government if its planning scheme includes an LGIP. The local government must keep available for inspection and purchase a document that includes the trunk infrastructure information the local government publishes on its website from time to time under section 3A (4) or (5) . sch 22 s 3B ins 2019 SL No. 196 s 8 (sch.22-sec.3B-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a local government if its planning scheme includes an LGIP. (sch.22-sec.3B-ssec.2) The local government must keep available for inspection and purchase a document that includes the trunk infrastructure information the local government publishes on its website from time to time under section 3A (4) or (5) .
