sch.10-sec.23 Prohibited development—reconfiguring a lot in SEQ regional landscape and rural production area
Reconfiguring a lot is prohibited development to the extent the lot is in the SEQ regional landscape and rural production area, if the reconfiguration— is a subdivision; and is assessable development under section 21 . However, subsection (1) does not apply if— the reconfiguration is an exempt subdivision; or each lot created by the reconfiguration is at least 100ha. sch 10 s 23 sub 2017 SL No. 141 s 12 (2) amd 2023 SL No. 195 s 9 (sch.10-sec.23-ssec.1) Reconfiguring a lot is prohibited development to the extent the lot is in the SEQ regional landscape and rural production area, if the reconfiguration— is a subdivision; and is assessable development under section 21 . (sch.10-sec.23-ssec.2) However, subsection (1) does not apply if— the reconfiguration is an exempt subdivision; or each lot created by the reconfiguration is at least 100ha.
