sch.10-sec.1 Assessable development—development on airport land
Development on airport land is assessable development, if— the land use plan for the airport land states the development is assessable development; or the development is a material change of use that is inconsistent with the land use plan for the airport land.
- (a) the land use plan for the airport land states the development is assessable development; or
- (b) the development is a material change of use that is inconsistent with the land use plan for the airport land.
