85 Amount of refund on surrender or termination of certain leases—Act, s 364 (2) The prescribed amount is the lesser of the following amounts: (a) the amount paid for the grant or transfer of the lease to the lessee less any amount payable to, or incurred by, the Territory under section 86; (b) the market value of the unimproved value of the land described in the lease less any amount payable to, or incurred by, the Territory under section 86.
