43 Direct sale criteria for territory and Commonwealth entities—Act, s 266 (1) (a) (i) The criteria for the direct sale of a lease to a territory entity or Commonwealth entity are— (a) the land is the most suitable land for the entity’s proposed use of the land, taking into account the entity’s functions; and (b) an amount has been appropriated, or is otherwise available, to develop and manage the land; and (c) the entity’s proposed use of the land is consistent with the entity’s operations.
