36 Public notification period—Act, s 175 (2) (a) The prescribed period is— (a) for a development application for a significant development— (i) publicly notified under the Act, section 179 (5)— 10 working days; and (ii) in any other case—20 working days; and (b) for any other development application—15 working days.
