31 Requirements for design responses (a) a design guide applies in relation to a development application for a development proposal; and (b) the application is required to be accompanied by the proponent’s response to the design guide (the design response). (2) The design response must— (a) demonstrate, using written and graphic content, how the proposed development considers the design elements of the design guide; and (b) be endorsed by a built environment professional with experience and expertise relevant to the type and scale of development proposed.
