20 When environmental significance opinions may be given—Act, s 138 (1) An environmental significance opinion mentioned in an item in schedule 1, part 1.2, column 3 may be given for a development proposal mentioned in the item, column 2. (2) The proponent of the development proposal may apply to the entity mentioned in the item in schedule 1, part 1.2, column 3 for the environmental significance opinion.
