15 Extension of time to comment on scoping documentation—Act, s 109 (3) (1) An entity given scoping documentation may, before the end of the 15-working day period mentioned in a notice under section 14 (2), apply to the chief planner for an extension of the period. (2) The application must— (a) be in writing; and (b) state the reasons for making the application; and (c) state the additional period the entity considers necessary for making comments. scoping documentation—see section 14 (3).
