Part 17—Rights of review and appeal 116—Rights of review and appeal (1) For the purposes of section 203(1) of the Act, an application under section 202(1)(b)(i)(A) must be made in a form determined by the Minister and published on the SA planning portal. (2) An applicant to an assessment panel for a review of a prescribed matter must be given an opportunity to provide the assessment panel with the applicant's submissions in relation to the review (and, if the assessment panel determines to hold a hearing, must be given written notice of the date of the hearing and an opportunity to appear and make submissions at the hearing in person).
