Division 8—Notification of decision 90—Notification of decision (1) If a relevant authority (other than the Commission) issues a development authorisation in relation to development which involves (wholly or in part) a proposed division of land, the relevant authority must provide a copy of its notice of the decision to the Commission via the SA planning portal. (2) The relevant authority must comply with subregulation (1) within 5 business days after the notice is given to the applicant under regulation 57.
