3 The giving of public notice and public consultation in relation to any prescribed class of matter. 4 The form, manner and mode of giving other forms of notice under this Act (including in respect of the service of a notice, document or instrument). 5 The provision of returns, documents and other forms of information to the Minister, the Chief Executive or any other prescribed person or body for the purposes of this Act. 6 The keeping of records, statistics and other information by any person or body that performs a function under or pursuant to this Act and the provision of reports based on that information to the Minister, the Chief Executive or any other prescribed person or body. 7 The giving of notice before any prescribed class of activity or procedure is commenced, and the notification of the occurrence of any prescribed class of event.
