The following Regulations are revoked—
(a) the Planning and Environment Regulations 2005[1];
(b) the Planning and Environment (Amendment) Regulations 2006[2];
(c) the Planning and Environment Amendment Regulations 2013[3];
(d) the Planning and Environment Amendment (VicSmart) Regulations 2014[4].
