sec.79 Application of division
This division applies to the following P&E Court proceedings— a declaratory proceeding brought under this Act about a matter under the repealed SPA; an appeal mentioned in the Planning Act, section 347(1); an appeal brought under the Planning Act about a decision on an application mentioned in section 288 (1) of that Act. s 79 prev s 79 amd 2017 No. 31 s 46 exp 3 July 2018 (see s 79(4)) pres s 79 ins 2019 No. 11 s 190
- (a) a declaratory proceeding brought under this Act about a matter under the repealed SPA;
- (b) an appeal mentioned in the Planning Act, section 347(1);
- (c) an appeal brought under the Planning Act about a decision on an application mentioned in section 288 (1) of that Act.
