sec.65 Court of Appeal’s powers
The Court of Appeal may do 1 or more of the following— return the matter to the P&E Court to decide in accordance with the appeal decision; affirm, amend, or revoke the decision appealed against and substitute another order or decision for the decision; make an order it considers appropriate. See also the Planning Act , section 72 .
