sec.62 Procedures, scale and enforcement of orders for costs
This section applies to an order for costs made under section 60 or 61 . The P&E Court may make an order for the amount of costs to be decided under the appropriate procedure and scale of costs for proceedings in the District Court. An order made under section 60 or 61 may be enforced as if it were an order of the District Court. (sec.62-ssec.1) This section applies to an order for costs made under section 60 or 61 .
