sec.6 Chief Judge has overall responsibility for P&E Court
The Chief Judge is responsible for the administration of the P&E Court and for ensuring the orderly and expeditious exercise of the jurisdiction and powers of the P&E Court. Subject to any Act, the Chief Judge has power to do all things necessary or convenient to perform the functions mentioned in subsection (1) .
