sec.51 Instruments, equipment and installations
Any prescribed instrument, equipment or installation that is used by an appropriately qualified person under any prescribed conditions is taken to be accurate and precise in the absence of evidence to the contrary. In this section— prescribed means prescribed by regulation under this Act or another Act.
