sec.25 Reference to P&E Court by ADR registrar
If an ADR registrar considers it would be more appropriate for the P&E Court to decide a matter in a P&E Court proceeding before the registrar, the registrar may refer the matter to the court. The P&E Court may dispose of the matter or refer it back to the ADR registrar with any direction the court considers appropriate.
