sec.17 Referral to ADR process
If a P&E Court proceeding is referred to an ADR process— the proceeding is not stayed, unless the P&E Court orders otherwise; but the P&E Court can not decide the proceeding until the ADR process has been finalised.
- (a) the proceeding is not stayed, unless the P&E Court orders otherwise; but
