Division 5.2.4 Action after consultation about draft major plan amendments (ii) if the draft amendment, or the corresponding major plan amendment, is withdrawn under section 66 (1) (b) (Revision and withdrawal of draft major plan amendments) or section 75 (2) (b) (Minister’s powers in relation to draft major plan amendments)—the day it is withdrawn; (iii) the day that is 12 months after the notification day.
