94 Meaning of significant development A proposed development is a significant development if it requires any of the following: (a) a subdivision design application under section 43; (b) consultation with the design review panel under section 100 (1) or (2); (c) an environmental impact statement (EIS) under section 105. Note A regulation cannot exempt a significant development from requiring development approval (see s 145 (2)).
