73 Committee reports on draft major plan amendments relevant Assembly committee under section 70 (2); and (b) the committee has decided to prepare a report on the draft (2) The Minister— (a) unless section 74 applies—must not take action under section 75 in relation to the draft major plan amendment until the relevant Assembly committee has reported on the draft amendment; and (b) after the committee reports on the draft amendment—must take action under section 75 in relation to the draft amendment.
