603 Planning strategy (1) The planning strategy in schedule 1 of the Planning and Development (Planning Strategy) Notice 2018 (NI2018-665) is taken to be the planning strategy under this Act, section 36. (2) The Planning and Development (Planning Strategy) Notice 2018 (NI2018-665) is taken to be a notifiable instrument made under this Act, section 36 (4).
