514 Evidentiary certificates—offsets register (1) The territory planning authority may give a signed certificate— (a) stating that on a stated date, or during a stated period, a stated area of land was or was not the subject of an offset; and (b) if the land was the subject of an offset—including the details kept in the offsets register about the land. (2) A certificate under this section is evidence of the matters stated in it. (3) Unless the contrary is proved, a document that purports to be a certificate under this section is taken to be a certificate.
