500 Contents of public register on authority website The territory planning authority must publish the following on the authority website: (a) the information mentioned in section 498 (1) (a) to (d)— indefinitely; (b) the associated documents for a development application mentioned in section 501 (1) (a) and (k) (i)—for 5 years after the day the development application is publicly notified under division 7.5.4; (c) the associated documents for a development application mentioned in section 501 (1) (h), (j) and (k) (ii)—for 5 years after the day notice of the decision on the development application is given under section 196.
