47 Territory plan to give effect to strategic planning outcomes The territory plan— (a) must promote the principles of good planning; and (b) must give effect to the planning strategy and district strategies; and Note The object of this Act must be considered in developing planning strategies, plans and policies (see s 10 (1)) and the planning strategy must be consistent with the object of this Act (see s 36 (1)). (c) must take into account and may give effect to relevant outcomes related to planning contained in other government strategies and policies.
