450 Liability for cost of rectification work A person required to comply with a direction under section 437 (Direction to undertake rectification work) must pay to the Territory the reasonable cost of any rectification work undertaken by an authorised person to which the direction related. Note An amount owing under a law may be recovered as a debt in a court of competent jurisdiction or the ACAT (see Legislation Act, s 177).
