393 Draft land management plan—committee to report (1) This section applies if the Minister has referred a draft land management plan to the relevant Assembly committee under section 392. (2) After the committee refers the draft plan back to the Minister, the Minister must take action under section 394 in relation to the draft

(3) If the committee has not referred the draft plan back to the Minister within 6 months after the day the draft plan was given to the committee, the Minister may take action under section 394 in relation to the draft plan.
