361 Withdrawal of lease or part before end (a) before the end of the term of a lease, the territory planning authority withdraws all or part of the leased land from the lease under a provision of the lease; and (b) the lessee has fully complied with any provisions of the lease relating to the construction of a building on the land; and of the lessee to payment in relation to improvements on the land. (2) Section 358 and section 359 apply in relation to the lease for the withdrawn land, as if the term of the lease had ended on the day the land is withdrawn.
