357 Renewing lessee not liable to pay for improvements (a) the term of a lease expires; and (b) there are improvements on the land described in the lease; and (c) the lessee is granted a further lease of the land or part of it. (2) The lessee is not liable to pay the territory planning authority for the improvements on the land.
