352 Exceptions to s 350 and s 351 Section 350 and section 351 do not apply to the transfer or assignment of a lease, or an interest in the lease, if— (a) the lessee has died; or (b) the transfer or assignment is made under any of the following orders: Law Act 1975 (Cwlth); division 3.2 adjusting the property interests of the parties in a domestic relationship; or

Exceptions for rural leases Division 10.8.2 (c) the transfer or assignment happens by operation of, or under, bankruptcy or insolvency.
