348 Term of further leases—rural land (1) The Minister may make a determination for section 289 (3) (b). (2) However, if the national capital authority has set a maximum term for a rural lease of land in a designated area, the Minister must not determine a period under subsection (1) for a further rural lease of the land in a designated area that is longer than the maximum term set by the authority. (3) A determination is a disallowable instrument.
