296 Community use reports (1) This section applies if the lessee of a community lease is required under the lease to give the territory planning authority reports about the use of the land described in the lease. (2) The lessee must, for each financial year, prepare a report about how the lessee’s use of the land has benefitted the broader community during the financial year. (3) The report must— (a) include any matter prescribed by regulation; and (b) be given to the territory planning authority within— (i) 3 months after the end of the financial year; or (ii) any longer period allowed by the authority. (4) The territory planning authority may ask the lessee for additional information for the report.
