28 Chief planner must avoid conflict of interest If the chief planner has a financial or other personal interest that conflicts or may conflict, or may be perceived to conflict, with the functions of the chief planner or the territory planning authority, the chief planner must disclose, in writing, the nature of the interest and the conflict or potential conflict to the Executive.
