269 Direct sale leases subject to certain provisions (1) A lease granted under section 263 (1) (d) must be granted subject to the provisions that are agreed between the territory planning authority and the applicant for the lease. (2) A regulation may prescribe a provision or matter that must, or must not, be included in a lease granted under section 263 (1) (d).
