23 Reports by authority to Minister (1) The territory planning authority must give the Minister a report, or information about its operations, required by the Minister. (2) The report must be prepared in the form (if any) that the Minister requires. (3) This section is in addition to any other provision about the giving of reports or information by the territory planning authority.
