224 Meaning of offsets policy offsets policy means a statement— (a) describing— (i) how environmental compensation may be made to offset the impact of development that has a significant adverse environmental impact on protected matters; and
(ii) suitable forms for offsets; and (b) notified under— (i) for an initial offsets policy—section 226; or (ii) for a revised offsets policy—section 231.
