194 Lease to be varied to give effect to development approval (a) a decision-maker approves a development application under section 185; and (b) the development consists of or includes a lease variation (other than the variation of a concessional lease to remove its concessional status). (2) The territory planning authority must vary the lease in accordance with the terms of the approval. (3) This section is subject to part 10.7 (Lease variations). Note Table 210, item 4 and item 5 set out when development approvals requiring lease variations take effect.
