144 Meaning of decision-maker—ch 7 decision-maker— (a) for a development application, means— (i) if the application is for the removal of the concessional status of a lease or for a territory priority project—the Minister; and

Outline and important concepts Part 7.1 (ii) in any other case—the territory planning authority; and (b) for a development approval, means— (i) if the approval is for the removal of the concessional status of a lease or for a territory priority project—the Minister; and (ii) if the territory planning authority decided the application for the approval under section 185—the authority.
